Get StartedNatural hardwood, pre-stained and pre-lacquered, to create consistent color and grain. Individual wood veneers are laid over 3/4” thick core with matching ABS edge banding, and have a Grade A-1, two-sided finish.
The finish is low-sheen (10% matte) and offers difficult to achieve stains in gorgeous colors.
Beam Wood and Lime Sawn Oak are highly distinct options, providing a rustic feel, deep grain, and weather patterns typically seen on solid wood products. No pull option.

Ideal for CNC machining into custom shapes and pulls, exceeding the strength and performance of most other cabinet materials – even solid oak. The Phenolics feature a solid core (CPHPL) formerly known as Bakelite. This is an attractive alternative to stainless steel in professional kitchen design. Due to its weight however, we recommended limiting use to base cabinets, oven surrounds, end panels, and doors 30 x 24 inches or smaller.
